DIRECTIONS OF INCREASING THE COMPETITIVENESS OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE MODERN CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE DONETSK PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC

Abstract (English):
The article analyses the directions of increasing the competitiveness of confectionery companies on the basis of artificial intelligence and neural networks. The concept of "competitiveness" has been further developed on the basis of constellation and synthesis of available theoretical approaches to its interpretation. The scientific and methodological approach to managing the competitiveness of confectionery manufacturers includes seven main stages: setting the goal, analysis of the competitive environment, choice of methods for assessing competitiveness, identification of competitive advantages, development of a strategic portfolio of the enterprise, formation of a programme of measures aimed at improving the competitiveness of the enterprise through the introduction of innovative solutions and risk assessment. The proposed scheme was used to analyse the competitiveness of enterprises, calculate the indicators of industry concentration and intensity of competition. This analysis enabled us to demonstrate the dialectical relationship between enterprise competitiveness and the economic development of the Donetsk People's Republic. The article analyses the key areas contributing to the improvement of enterprises' positions in the market, including modernisation of production processes, development of innovations, improvement of product quality and marketing strategies. It also discusses the factors affecting the competitiveness of enterprises and puts forward proposals for their solution. As a result, conclusions are given about the need to develop and implement specific measures to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the conditions of modern development of the Donetsk People's Republic.
