The development of e-commerce is one of the consequences of the globalization of the economy and the spread of the world Wide Web. Mobile commerce (m-commerce) at the present stage is considered by us as one of the directions of e-commerce. With the active use of mobile devices by consumers and the spread of Internet accessibility by mobile operators, mobile commerce is becoming the most promising form of e-commerce development. The analysis of the scientific literature allowed us to highlight the moment of the beginning of the active growth of mobile commerce, to determine the factors influencing its development. Based on statistical methods of structural and dynamic analysis, the state of the mobile commerce market was considered. As a result of the conducted research, it was revealed that mobile commerce is at the stage of active growth, the identified trends in the development of the m-commerce market showed that there is potential for the development of e-commerce in this direction.
