In today's rapidly evolving information technology landscape, enterprise competitiveness is a dynamic process that continually changes under the influence of various external and internal factors. This study examines factors influencing the competitiveness of retail service providers in the context of digital transformation. The purpose of this article is to systematize and classify the key determinants affecting the competitiveness of retail organizations from a digital perspective. A company's level of digital maturity is reflected in the active use of online sales tools, mobile applications, automation and analytics systems, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing technologies and customer behavior. According to the author, the sustainable competitiveness of organizations in the retail services market in the context of digital transformation directly depends on the ability of enterprises to integrate new digital competencies and quickly respond to the emergence of modern technological innovations.
