This article examines the modern dilemma of ensuring the security of economic activity of enterprises. It explores the methods and mechanisms that are used to create an economic security system, which in turn contributes to the protection of the enterprise and improves its ability to cope with both internal and external threats and risks. The article emphasizes the importance of managing economic security in the activities of each enterprise, as well as that it is important for management to focus on its integrated approach. Therefore, this system includes an in-depth analysis of all possible threats, the development and correct choice of strategy, and effective monitoring of the management of all activities. The article also presents a clear plan for the formation of a management system. It includes the study of the principles of the functioning of the system, the goals and objectives that it pursues, step-by-step stages of creation and implementation, as well as control over execution and the creation of a crisis response mechanism. When studying the specifics of the formation of an economic security management system, this study shows a new point of view on this issue. The paper offers recommendations and suggestions that can help business leaders and their security managers to strengthen their business and create a more stable position in the market. Moreover, it is important to emphasize that thanks to a well-organized economic security management structure, the company protects itself from various types of risks in a strategic perspective and gives impetus to stable development.
