The development in the tourism sectors of the regions is closely linked to the improvement of infrastructure, a variety of tourist offers, the exploration of new destinations, as well as the successful promotion of tourist offers and other aspects. Regional changes in economic, social and demographic conditions remain important factors in the development of tourism in specific regions. This study analyzes the statistical data of the tourism market of several regions of the Russian Federation for the period from 2019 to 2022. Within the framework of this analysis, the current problems and trends characterizing the development of the tourist and hotel markets of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are identified. The purpose of this study is to study the unique features of regional tourism, analyze trends in its development in the post-pandemic period, as well as analyze the impact of international sanctions on the Russian Federation. The objects of the study were tourist flows in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, their structure and dynamics. The approach is based on original research by the authors, as well as the use of statistical and general scientific methods, including government statistics.
