Abstract (English):
The article presents an overview of the existing types of Internet services in tourism, taking into account modern classifications proposed by researchers. There are determined the features, role and importance of Internet services in the modern conditions of the development of the tourism industry. The paper identifies and analyzes the main Internet resources of the regions of Kazakhstan, indicators of the popularity of Internet services, and presents their characteristics. The study of this material is of a scientific and practical nature and is of interest to specialists in the field of hospitality and tourism, researchers involved in the study of the application of modern information technologies in professional activities, as well as travelers and will simplify the preparation for the trip, making it easier and more comfortable, and leisure interesting and varied. The purpose of this study is to look at how digitalization affects the tourism industry and what new opportunities and challenges emerge as a result of these changes. The object of the study is digital marketing tools for territories that help tourists organize their trips, learn information about territories, get unique experiences and contact local residents through platform interaction.
