The article identifies the main participants of the real estate market, reveals the essence of the participants' activities, their significance in general and specifically for the real estate market. The essence of the primary and secondary real estate markets is revealed. The focus of the scientific article is on the primary real estate market and specifically on the activities of construction organizations or developers. The individual goals of real estate market participants are revealed, the tasks and tools of interaction in the system of market relations are described. The features and methods of interaction of market entities are disclosed and specified. For each market entity, some of the interaction tools that they use in practice are indicated. The criteria of efficiency of activity for each of the participants of the real estate market are defined. The regulatory and technical framework within the framework of the interaction of some of the market entities is given. The author's scheme of interaction of real estate market participants has been developed, which details the specifics of the relationship between the organization and the subjects of the real estate market, such as: the state, real estate buyers, professional participants, sales agencies, consulting and marketing for developers, commercial banks. The reverse influence of real estate market participants on the activities of construction organizations is revealed with the detailing of their interaction tools.
