FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF ECOSYSTEMS OF PLATFORM-NETWORK INTERACTIONS IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM SERVICES

Abstract (English):
The article examines the main stages of the evolution of modern tourism, describes each of the stages formed under the influence of changing needs of society, in conditions of constant transformation of infrastructure and digitalization of processes. The fullness of modern types of tourist services, operating travel agencies in the market is analyzed. The development of ecosystems of platform-network interactions in the field of tourism services is analyzed, according to the main most popular travel agencies, with the definition of the types of services provided, the number and calculation of shares for each travel agency in the market. The average values were revealed and deviations from the reference value were calculated for each travel agency under study in terms of ecosystem interaction with consumers, which showed a high level of fullness of modern travel agencies with types of travel services. The development of ecosystems of partner platform-network interactions on specialized and non-specialized platforms in the field of tourism services has been studied, the main functional units in the field of tourism have been identified, represented by the fullness of tours, accommodation, transfer, catering, medical care and other related areas, the average value has been revealed, which showed a slight deviation from the standard for specialized tourism platforms As well as significant deviations in non-specialized partner platforms were determined, respectively, which allows us to identify a trend of higher equipment in terms of functionality of specifically specialized tourism ecosystems of platform-network interactions with customers. During the study, the main trends in the development of platform-network interactions in the field of tourism services were identified, possible directions for improving the functionality in the field of tourism were analyzed, conclusions were also drawn about the level of equipment and fullness of platform ecosystems by types of tourist services provided and a characteristic of further tourism development was given.
