Abstract (English):
Modern development trends influence the formation of innovative technologies in the development of the service sector. The possibility of applying technological innovations related to improving the provision of services in the service sector dictates new trends in its development in society. The relevance of the topic is due to the need to analyze technological innovations used in the service sector to identify the positive and negative sides of the impact on the development of this industry. The main technological innovations introduced into the service sector and providing an opportunity to improve the processes taking place in it are considered. The main technological innovations that are most popular in society and significantly affect the modernization of work in this field are analyzed. The trends of further development of the service sector in the context of the introduction of new technologies are predicted and the positive and negative sides of the application of technological innovations in this area are reflected.
