Abstract (English):
The reception and accommodation service is a division of the hotel that receives and registers arriving guests, their accommodation in rooms. The purpose of the work was to study the features of the work of the reception and accommodation service in the hotel "Aurora" and develop recommendations for improvement. For the first time, the article presents a detailed analysis of the work of the reception and accommodation service of the Avrora Hotel, gives specific recommendations on how to improve the work of the hotel.
