Abstract (English):
In the contemporary trade context, the involvement of regional confectionery enterprises in the tourism sector is gaining particular relevance. Among the recent market trends, there is a notable increase in interest towards authentic products that can showcase the cultural and gastronomic characteristics of the region. Confectionery products, featuring unique recipes and traditions, are becoming appealing to tourists seeking new flavors and experiences. This article analyzes the process of transformation of confectionery trade in the Krasnoyarsk region, which is acquiring characteristics of the tourism industry. This transformation is initiated by the implementation of modern Digital marketing technologies that ensure more effective consumer interaction, as well as the optimization of distribution channels, creating significant advantages for market participants. Modern digital tools enable confectionery producers not only to enhance customer service quality but also to significantly increase the availability and variety of products. The confectionery factory is evolving not only as a manufacturer of confectionery items but also as a notable tourist attraction that can be effectively included in the list of local landmarks. As a result, the combination of an increased tourist flow with active interaction with other economic sectors will contribute to the sustainable development of the Krasnoyarsk region, making it more attractive for both tourists and investors.
