Depending on the factorial influence on the intensity of innovative processes in the industry, appropriate innovations are being introduced aimed at the efficiency of economic activity of each participant in market relations in order to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. The typification of factors makes it possible to demonstrate that paramount importance is attached to the formation of a culture of innovation and the quality of labor resources that contribute to innovation activity and the increase of human capital.
