Актуальность статьи определяется недостаточной изученностью гендерного аспекта накопления человеческого капитала в малых формах аграрного производства. В ходе исследования применялись общенаучные методы: обобщение, системный анализ, статистический анализ, экономико-статистическое моделирование, графический, абстрактно-логический, анкетный опрос. Целью исследования послужило изучение гендерного аспекта формирования и использования человеческого капитала малых форм аграрного производства. По результатам изучения международных индексов человеческого развития, гендерного развития и гендерного неравенства подтверждено наличие взаимосвязей гендерных аспектов с валовым национальным доходом на душу населения как индикатором экономического развития стран мира. При анализе статистических данных выявлен гендерный диспаритет по уровням образования, занятости, оплаты труда населения, проживающего в сельских территориях Российской Федерации. На основе изучения производственного опыта определено место женщин в финансово-хозяйственных процессах аграрного производства, отмечена их особая роль в экономическом развитии его малых форм, а также в воспроизводстве человеческого капитала. Благодаря проведенному анкетному опросу выявлена степень участия женщин новых российских территорий в воспроизводстве отдельных элементов человеческого капитала малых форм аграрного производства – капитала здоровья и долголетия, интеллектуального и социального капиталов. Предложены меры по дальнейшему формированию человеческого капитала малых форм аграрного производства с учетом гендерного фактора. На основе проведенных исследований сделаны заключения о ключевой роли женщин в формировании человеческого капитала малых форм аграрного производства, которые могут быть использованы для прогнозирования социально-экономических процессов в сельских территориях.

The relevance is determined by the insufficient study of the gender aspect of the accumulation of human capital in small forms of agricultural production. Methods: generalization, system analysis, statistical analysis, economic and statistical modeling, graphical, abstract-logical, questionnaire survey. Aim: to study the gender aspect of the formation and use of human capital of small forms of agricultural production. Based on the results of the study of international indices of human development, gender development and gender inequality, the existence of interrelationships of gender aspects with gross national income per capita as an indicator of the economic development of countries of the world has been confirmed. Based on the analysis of statistical data, a gender disparity has been identified in terms of education, employment, and wages of the population living in rural areas of the Russian Federation. Based on the study of industrial experience, the place of women in the financial and economic processes of agricultural production is determined, their special role in the economic development of its small forms, as well as in the reproduction of their human capital, is noted. Thanks to the conducted questionnaire survey, the degree of participation of women in new Russian territories in the reproduction of certain elements of human capital of small forms of agricultural production – capital of health and longevity, intellectual and social capital was revealed. The measures for further formation of the human capital of small forms of agricultural production, taking into account the gender factor, are proposed. Based on the conducted research, conclusions are made about the key role of women in the formation of human capital of small forms of agricultural production, which can be used to predict socio-economic processes in rural areas.
