Статья посвящена комплексному анализу развития туризма в регионах Российской Федерации. Рассмотрены теоретические основы регионального туризма, включая понятие, виды и факторы, влияющие на отрасль. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ростом внутреннего туризма, необходимостью оценки эффективности мер государственной поддержки отрасли и выявления перспективных направлений регионального туризма. Цель работы – проанализировать современное состояние, ключевые проблемы и определить механизмы устойчивого развития туристической сферы в субъектах Российской Федерации. В качестве материалов использованы данные Федеральной службы государственной статистики (Росстат), Ассоциации туроператоров России (АТОР), а также официальные документы (Стратегия развития туризма до 2035 года, национальный проект «Туризм и гостеприимство») и научные публикации российских авторов. Полученные результаты показывают, что в 2025 году (январь-октябрь) внутренний туристический поток на 4,3% больше аналогичного периода 2024 года. Выявлены регионы-лидеры – Москва, Краснодарский край и Санкт-Петербург. Установлено, что создание туристических кластеров и брендирование территорий являются эффективными инструментами развития. В работе отмечены основные ограничения развития туристической отрасли: слабая инфраструктура, кадровый дефицит, сезонность, административные барьеры и неравномерность развития регионов.
This article provides a comprehensive analysis of tourism development in the regions of the Russian Federation. It examines the theoretical foundations of regional tourism, including its concept, types, and factors influencing the industry. The relevance of the study is driven by the growth of domestic tourism, the need to assess the effectiveness of government support measures for the industry, and the identification of promising areas for regional tourism. The aim of the study is to analyze the current state, key challenges, and identify mechanisms for sustainable development of the tourism sector in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The materials used include data from the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat), the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), as well as official documents (the Tourism Development Strategy until 2035, the national project "Tourism and Hospitality") and scientific publications by Russian authors. The results show that in 2025 (from January to October) domestic tourism flow reached a 4.3% increase compared to the same period in 2024. The leading regions were identified: Moscow, Krasnodar Krai, and St. Petersburg. The creation of tourism clusters and territorial branding were found to be effective development tools. The discussion highlighted key constraints: insufficient infrastructure development, personnel shortages, seasonality, administrative barriers, and uneven regional development. A conclusion was reached regarding the need for systemic government support, the development of modular hotels, and interregional routes. The study's results can be used in developing regional tourism development strategies and investment programs.
