На основе анализа экономической литературы показана взаимосвязь дефиниций производительности труда, эффективности труда, результата труда. Предложено авторское понимание типизации выполняемых персоналом функций в зависимости от стадий торгово-технологического процесса оптового предприятия и их последовательности. Определены показатели и разработана методика оценки эффективности результата труда в зависимости от ценностно-ориентированного, комплексного, рыночного и экспертного подходов, позволяющая выявить неэффективный результат на определенной стадии кооперации труда. Описана апробация авторских методов оценки эффективности результатов труда на конкретном оптовом предприятии.

The article, based on the study and generalization of economic literature, provides the relationship between the definitions of labor productivity, labor efficiency, and the result of labor, offers the author's understanding of the typification of personnel functions performed depending on the stages of the trade and technological process of a wholesale enterprise and their sequence. The authors propose indicators and a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of the result of labor, depending on the value-oriented, integrated, market and expert approaches, which make it possible to identify an inefficient result at a certain stage of labor cooperation. The article presents the approbation of the author's methods for assessing the effectiveness of labor results at a particular wholesale enterprise.
