Обеспечение населения качественным продовольствием, а промышленности сырьем зависит от развития агропромышленного комплекса каждого региона России. Рынок сельскохозяйственной продукции Республики Хакасии характеризуется большим количеством мелких и средних производителей. На протяжении последних десяти лет сократилось количество сельскохозяйственных организаций и увеличилось число личных подсобных и крестьянских (фермерских) хозяйств, занимающихся аграрным бизнесом. Несмотря на общее снижение крупных сельхозпроизводителей объемы производства сельскохозяйственной продукции Республики Хакасия не сократились, по некоторым видам отмечен рост. В регионе имеются резервы и ресурсы, определяющие экономические условия для развития высокопродуктивных, эффективных агро- и аквахозяйств. Преимущества агропромышленного комплекса Республики Хакасия заключаются в эколого-экономической эффективности при восстановлении традиционных животноводческих отраслей животноводства и внедрении инновационных культур в растениеводстве. Имеются возможности для формирования кластеров по переработке сельскохозяйственной продукции, точки роста легкой и химической отраслей промышленности в муниципальных районах Хакасии. Для стабилизации межрегиональных и внешнеторговых экономических связей проанализирован и систематизирован ряд проблем внутреннего и внешнего характера агропромышленного комплекса региона. Исследование начинается с комплексного эволюционного анализа сельского хозяйства Республики Хакасия. На основании статистических и ресурсных данных выявлены объекты размещения перерабатывающих предприятий в муниципальных образованиях республики. Определены изменения в динамике, структуре, географической направленности внешнеторговых связей Республики Хакасии, играющей важную роль в финансировании региона. Доказана возможность расширения несырьевого экспорта во внешнеторговом обороте Республики Хакасия с рекомендациями по товарным группам. Исследование способствует более глубокому пониманию взаимодействия регионального, межрегионального, внешнеэкономического сотрудничества, направленного на долгосрочное развитие внешнеэкономических связей регионов России.

Providing the population with quality food, and the industry with raw materials depends on the development of the agro-industrial complex of each region of Russia. The agricultural market of the Republic of Khakassia is characterized by a large number of small and medium-sized producers. Over the past ten years, the number of agricultural organizations has decreased and the number of personal subsidiary and peasant (farm) households engaged in agricultural business has increased. Despite the general decline in large agricultural producers, the volumes of agricultural production in the Republic of Khakassia have not decreased, and there is an increase in some types. The region has reserves and resources that determine the economic conditions for the development of highly productive, efficient agro- and aquaculture farms. The advantages of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Khakassia are environmental and economic efficiency, while restoring traditional livestock industries and introducing innovative crops in crop production. There are opportunities for the formation of clusters for the processing of agricultural products, growth points for light and chemical industries in the municipal districts of Khakassia. In order to stabilize interregional and foreign trade economic relations, a number of internal and external problems of the agro-industrial complex of the region have been analyzed and systematized. The study begins with a comprehensive evolutionary analysis of agriculture in the Republic of Khakassia. Based on statistical and resource data, objects of placement of processing enterprises in the municipalities of the republic have been identified. Changes in the dynamics, structure, and geographical focus of foreign trade relations of the Republic of Khakassia, which play an important role in financing the region, have been determined. The possibility of expanding non-resource exports in the foreign trade turnover of the Republic of Khakassia has been proven, with recommendations for commodity groups. The study contributes to a deeper understanding of the interaction of regional, interregional, and foreign economic cooperation aimed at long-term development of foreign economic relations of the regions of Russia.
