Правительство Республики Татарстан реализует крупномасштабную программу по улучшению инвестиционной привлекательности региона. Благодаря этому удалось добиться серьезных успехов в социально-экономическом развитии территории. Создание комфортной среды для бизнеса остается сегодня актуальной задачей для государственной власти Татарстана и Российской Федерации в целом. Инвестиционная привлекательность региона с каждым годом становиться заметнее не только на уровне Приволжского Федерального округа, страны, но даже в международных отношениях. Огромный потенциал сохраняет сельское хозяйство Республики Татарстан. Для его развития необходимо обратиться к новым средствам механизации и инновационным методам производства. Сегодня регион открыт для рынка современной сельскохозяйственной техники, которую активно закупает для обновления своего технического парка. Находят применение в Татарстане и инновации, без которых не обходится ни одна отрасль. В статье рассмотрен процесс регулирования инвестиционной деятельности в агропромышленном комплексе Республики Татарстан на государственном уровне с целью анализа различных аспектов государственного регулирования инвестиционной деятельности в АПК РТ. Результаты исследования позволили сделать вывод, что со стороны руководства Республики Татарстан имеется понимание потребностей и задач сельского хозяйства региона. Государственная власть поддерживает агропромышленный комплекс, активно участвует в решении вопросов технического перевооружения отрасли. Благодаря проделанной работе обеспеченность техникой аграриев региона намного выше средних показателей по РФ.

The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan is implementing a large-scale program to improve the investment attractiveness of the region. Thanks to this, it was possible to achieve serious success in the socio-economic development of the territory. Creating a comfortable environment for business remains today an urgent task for the government of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation as a whole. The investment attractiveness of the region becomes more noticeable every year not only at the level of the Volga Federal District, the country, but even in international relations. The agriculture of the Republic of Tatarstan will retain enormous potential. To develop it, it is necessary to turn to new means of mechanization and innovative production methods. Today the region is open to the market of modern agricultural machinery, which it is actively purchasing to update its technical fleet. Innovations also find their application in Tatarstan, without which not a single industry can do. Object of study: the process of regulating investment activity in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tatarstan at the state level. Purpose of the study: analysis of various aspects of state regulation of investment activity in the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Tajikistan. Research methods: forecasting, systemic, statistical, comparative analysis. Scientific novelty: the results of the study allowed us to conclude that the leadership of the Republic of Tatarstan has an understanding of the needs and tasks of agriculture in the region. The state government supports the agro-industrial complex and actively participates in resolving issues of technical re-equipment of the industry. Thanks to the work done, the provision of equipment to farmers in the region is much higher than the average for the Russian Federation.
