CLOTHING WITH FEATHER FILLER: ASSESSMENT OF QUALITY, SAFETY AND CONSUMER PROPERTIES

Теоретической базой исследования послужили публикации отечественных и зарубежных авторов, экспертных и международных испытательных лабораторий пуха и пера, посвященные изучению потребительских свойств, показателей качества и методик испытаний пера, пуха и изделий из них. Цель мониторинга – изучение соответствия одежды с перопуховым наполнителем стандартизированным и опережающим требованиям к качеству и безопасности. На первом этапе эксперты оценивали маркировку и внешний вид изделий (качество изготовления, равномерность распределения и миграцию наполнителя). На втором этапе в аккредитованной лаборатории испытательного центра ФБУ «Красноярский ЦСМ» исследовали видовой и сырьевой состав материалов, безопасность, функциональность (водоотталкивание, тепловое сопротивление пакета материалов), надежность (устойчивость окраски к различным воздействиям, устойчивость к свету и влаге, разрывная нагрузка материалов). Результаты исследования показали, что несмотря на наличие нарушений по маркировке, все испытуемые образцы соответствуют регламентируемым требованиям безопасности и показателям, отвечающим за функциональные свойства. Сделан вывод об отсутствии гармонизированных российских методик испытаний и аккредитованных лабораторий для пуха и изделий с таким видом наполнителя. Даны рекомендации о целесообразности разработки комплексной программы исследования качества и безопасности одежды с перопуховым наполнителем, включая исследование наполнителя, испытания текстильных материалов и фурнитуры, тестирование готовых изделий на функциональность, надежность, эргономику с учетом области применения и условий эксплуатации.

The theoretical basis of the research was the publications of domestic and foreign authors, expert and international testing laboratories of down and feather devoted to the study of consumer properties, quality indicators and testing methods of feather, down and products made of them. The purpose of monitoring is to study the compliance of clothing with feather filler with standardized and advanced quality and safety requirements. At the first stage, the experts evaluated the labeling and appearance of the products (manufacturing quality, uniformity of distribution and migration of filler). At the second stage, the species and raw material composition of materials, safety, functionality (water repellency, thermal resistance of the package of materials), reliability (color resistance to various influences, resistance to light and moisture, breaking load of materials) were investigated in the accredited laboratory of the testing center of the Krasnoyarsk CSM. The results of the study showed that despite the presence of labeling violations, all test samples comply with regulated safety requirements and indicators responsible for functional properties. It is concluded that there are no harmonized Russian testing methods and accredited laboratories for down and products with this type of filler. Recommendations are given on the feasibility of developing a comprehensive program for the study of the quality and safety of clothing with feather filler, including the study of filler, testing of textile materials and accessories, testing of finished products for functionality, reliability, ergonomics, taking into account the scope and operating conditions.
